1. WAGES - Increase of 15%
2. MEDICAL - District to pay full cost of medical coverage
3. DENTAL - Raise the maximum annual benefit by 100%. Costs to be paid by the District.
4. PROMOTIONS - Eliminate attendance from the criteria
5. EVALUATIONS - Eliminate school principals from evaluating custodians
6. WORK IN A HIGHER CLASSIFICATION - Paid from the first day
7. VACATION - Increase vacation carryover to sixty (60) days
