Data for bond Official Statement

The District will be responsible for providing certain financial, deomgraphic and operational data that is necessary for the bond Official Statement.

Bond Counsel will prepare the resolutions and Bond documents for the District and the County. Underwriter's counsel will prepare teh Official Statement and the purchase contract with the underwriters. California Financial Services will prepare a Board presentation for the night of adoption of the resolution authorizing the issuance of the first series of bonds.
