- 15% of employee's salary if 15 members retire
Salary/Benefits Formula for 2005/06 School Year
The percent raise the California School Employees Association unit will be determined by the percent raise contained in the Alameda Education Association sideletter for 2005-06. The percent raise will be added to the salary schedule and/or benefits per California School Employees Association's direction.
