1.)Recognition of Donated Services from East Bay Soccer Club and Alameda High Athletic Supporters
Background: The East Bay Soccer Club and Alameda High Athletic Supporters made donations totaling over $50,000 for work on fields at Wood Middle School and Thompson field.
Fiscal Implications: None.2.) Final Expenditure Report on Measures A and H
Background: Staff presented a final report on 2010/11 expenditures for Measure A and Measure H. Both of them have replaced by a new Measure A passed in March, 2011.

3.) 45 Day Budget Analysis
Background: Within 45 days of the Governor signing a new budget, staff must review their budget and make any adjustments based on the adopted budget. Staff presented their review of the impact of the recently passed State budget.
